Ferguson Construction is a well established self-performing General Contractor that has been in business for over 100 years. Ferguson specializes in industrial and commercial work. Along with our in-house design department, Ferguson has many self performing skill labor crews.

Works for the Project Manager (PM), but will assist the Project Supervisor (PS) on site.

Will aid in layout, material procurement and inspection. This position will help analyze past performance on projects which will lead to standards for all future projects.


  • Proficient knowledge in project management software, Procore.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail with auditing mentality in analyzing both the mathematical and scope portions of estimating
  • Understand how estimating supports construction operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Construction Management or similar technical training/experience
  • Past field co-op experience in related construction industry/skilled trades.

Essential Duties:

  • Ensures all FCC standard operating procedures are followed
  • Monitors and controls quality of project from start to finish
  • Identify scope of work or specifications as well as risk issues
  • Review take offs, general conditions and add-ons
  • Build effective relationships with customers, design team, specialty contractors, supplies and user groups that reflect and support company core values
  • Attend project meetings and help with coordination of trades
