Mr. Rogers has 32 years of experience in the construction industry and is responsible for the daily operations of Ferguson’s Indianapolis business development, estimating, and operations. His primary responsibilities are the management of multiple projects from inception through completion, including scheduling, estimating, cost control, project management, and field labor forces.

Mr. Galloway brings over 25 years of expertise in the construction industry, excelling in business development and fostering lasting client relationships. He is instrumental in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in targeted markets while negotiating and securing construction contracts. With a strong focus on the pre-construction phase, Allen collaborates closely with the Design Department to develop customized solutions that meet each client’s unique needs and operational requirements. He also partners with the Estimating Department to implement value-engineering strategies and maintain precise budget management, ensuring project success from start to finish. Mr. Galloway earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Finance from Indiana University–Indianapolis.
