goodwill easter seals – west campus

At Ferguson Construction, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional construction solutions that make a difference in our communities. In 2023, we successfully built the Goodwill Easterseals – West Campus in Trotwood, OH. This impressive facility spans over 22,000 square feet and was designed to serve the community with a wide range of essential services and initiatives. From a community computer lab to car seat safety program, the building is a hub for positive living.

This was a design-build project for Ferguson, where we partnered with Moda 4 Design on design and tackled both exterior and interior work as the builder. The overall construction of the building’s exterior included a steel frame with an exterior façade mixture of brick veneer with a limestone base, ACM wall panels, and curtainwall glazing. The interior of the building was separated into three areas – the developmental disability area, the adult daycare services area, and the childcare services area. The areas featured mixtures of carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile, wood trims, custom millwork ceilings, and soffits with cove lighting. The final project was delivered on time and on budget.
