hancock regional Hospital – cath lab
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Ferguson Construction was proud to serve as the general contractor for the transformation of a previously unused shell space into a fully equipped cardiac catheterization lab at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield, Indiana. This specialized 1,087-square-foot buildout was designed to support the installation of advanced Philips imaging technology and expand the hospital’s ability to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care.
Working in collaboration with Design Collaborative, the team brought the space to life with precision upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage systems, as well as structural enhancements tailored to support the unique demands of catheter-based procedures.
The project was completed within an active healthcare facility, requiring close coordination and thoughtful planning to ensure safety, minimize disruption, and maintain a clean, controlled environment for hospital staff and patients alike.
This focused renovation is another example of Ferguson Construction’s commitment to delivering thoughtful, purpose-built spaces that empower healthcare providers and elevate the patient experience.
