PROJECT OVERVIEW

Ferguson Construction worked with Premier Blood and Cancer Center at Atrium Medical Center and Sharp Conway Architects on a renovation of approximately 6,000 square feet on the second floor of the Middletown facility. The project focused on improving patient care environments and expanding clinical capacity within this active healthcare setting.

The renovated space includes 15 new exam rooms, updated laboratory and office areas, and three modernized reception zones. Designed to enhance both patient experience and staff workflow, this project supports the growing needs of oncology and hematology services at Premier Blood and Cancer Center.
