Premier Health Partners – MVHS Oncology Suite

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Ferguson Construction collaborated with Premier Health and APP Architecture to renovate the Oncology Suite at Miami Valley Hospital South in Centerville, Ohio. This project focused on improving the functionality and flow of the space to better support oncology services and patient care.

The renovation encompassed 6,292 square feet and included updated exam rooms, infusion bays, staff work areas, and support spaces. Infrastructure upgrades were made to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems to align with current healthcare standards.

Work was completed within an active hospital environment, requiring close coordination with hospital leadership to ensure safety and avoid disruption to ongoing operations. The result is a refreshed, efficient care environment that supports both patient comfort and staff workflow.
