The Modern college of design
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Ferguson Construction was honored to have constructed this 19,400 SF expansion project for The Modern College of Design, a nationally recognized institution based in Kettering, OH. With a student body of over 200, this prestigious design college required a cutting-edge upgrade to enhance its educational environment and accommodate its growing community. Our team delivered a transformative addition, including a spacious new atrium and event center, an updated library, a state-of-the-art photo studio, and six modern classrooms. This expansion not only supports the college’s academic excellence but also fosters a creative and inspiring atmosphere for students and faculty alike.
The new facilities at The Modern College of Design are complemented by additional outdoor seating areas, providing students with ample space to collaborate, study, and unwind. Ferguson Construction’s commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of this project, from the thoughtfully constructed interiors to the inviting outdoor spaces. This expansion reinforces The Modern College of Design’s reputation as a leader in design education and reflects our dedication to building environments that inspire and support future generations of creative professionals.
