PROJECT OVERVIEW

The United Grinding facility in Miamisburg, located along I-75, brought together previous Miamisburg and Virginia operations into a modern, 89,000 square foot space. Despite the 40-foot elevation difference, the site included future expansion areas, 200 parking spaces, a convenient pull-through truck entrance, and entertaining amenities like an outdoor grill and basketball court for employees. With European-inspired customization, the facility featured durable materials, custom epoxy flooring, and Thermofoil cabinetry. The manufacturing area was equipped with three custom-engineered sliding steel doors, and special sound-rated glass keeps things quiet despite the nearby highway.

We were delighted to build this incredible space. The office area promotes unity and transparency with full-height glass walls and storefronts that make it easy to see between offices and manufacturing areas.
