Tavolo + THe Hive executive center

Ferguson Construction was proud to renovate the former Fifth Third Bank building in Sidney, transforming it into the new Tavolo Modern Italian and The Hive Executive Center. Having originally built the bank in 1974, this renovation project felt like a full-circle moment for us. Located across from the courthouse, we showcased our renovation expertise by creating distinct spaces for these two entities. A notable part of the job involved cutting through a bank vault to create a semi-private dining area for guests.

This multi-tenant building is utilized by several clients, one of which is the Hive Executive Center. The Hive features several executive areas, including  the Board Room, which seats 12 individuals and includes a private kitchenette with complimentary coffee and tea. Additionally, advanced technology allows visitors to control all settings from the comfort of the boardroom table. A Training Room accommodates up to 38 individuals, with versatile tables and chairs that can be configured to meet various business needs.
