PROJECT OVERVIEW

Ferguson Construction was proud to complete the first phase of the Gated Global Industrial Park in 2023. This project showcased an innovative public-private partnership, made possible through the collaboration of GATED Properties Global, the Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation (TCIC), and the City of Trotwood. We contributed our construction expertise to the development of the 200,000 square foot, Class-A Industrial building, which was completed and opened for occupancy in January 2023. We are honored to be part of a project that allowed us to self perform many aspects of the work and one which will benefit the community.
