The West Campus was designed to meet the needs of the citizens of West Dayton and the Trotwood community by creating a neighborhood setting offering a wide variety of lifechanging services. Families can access services closer to home increasing the opportunities for success. Through various programs, Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley empowers people with disabilities and other disadvantages to achieve independence and improve their quality of life. As an organization providing over 40 different services to the community, many of these services will be available at the new West Campus facility. These will include Behavioral Health Services, Adult Day Senior Services, Services for adults with Developmental Disabilities, computer skills training, plus many more. The facility is also the organization’s first to have space dedicated to child daycare.

“Projects of this size involve constant coordination between the contractor and the owner”, stated Matt Arntz, Goodwill’s Vice President of Retail and Facilities, “The staff at Ferguson did a great job communicating with us during the project. Zack Walters, Ferguson’s Project Manager, consistently worked with our staff and the architect through weekly meetings to keep the project on track and meet our timeline for opening. His approachable nature and commitment to excellence made the process of constructing the building a pleasure.”

At the event on Tuesday, countless politicians and city officials stood at the podium and cited how the new facility will change the lives of individuals living in West Dayton. Thank you for trusting our team to turn this dream into a reality.
