As the general contractor for the Automotive Mobility Innovation Center (AMIC), Ferguson Construction was proud to help bring this groundbreaking facility to life. Nestled in Marysville, Ohio, 17,642 SF space included the build of training spaces, offices, restrooms, and a testing lab. 

 The AMIC serves as a smart tech incubator, supported by public and private partnerships, and is designed to connect start-ups, established businesses, researchers, educators, and government agencies.
