PROJECT OVERVIEW

In 2024, Ferguson Construction had the privilege of completing the Ashley Furniture store in Troy for the Goffena family. With several family-owned stores in the region, these home furnishing experts partnered with Ashley Furniture to bring something truly special to the Troy community. Having built former projects for the Goffena family, we were honored to partner with them again.

The 35,000 square foot space was designed and built by Ferguson Construction. The design included a large, open showroom with high ceilings to create an inviting atmosphere, while also ensuring electric access throughout to service the store’s impressive lighting options. Our team handled everything from foundation work and steel erection to shell completion and interior finishes. One standout feature of the project is the polished concrete floors, which provide the perfect backdrop for showcasing the beautiful furniture selections.
