PROJECT OVERVIEW

In 2024, Ferguson Construction proudly completed a state-of-the-art digital printing facility for Innomark Communications in Springboro, Ohio. Known for their innovation in visual merchandising, Innomark partnered with Ferguson to bring this expansion to life—positioning their team to meet growing demand in digitally printed displays, signage, décor graphics, and short-run packaging.

The 97,000-square-foot space was built adjacent to Innomark’s existing lithographic printing facility and designed with efficiency and future growth in mind. Ferguson Construction worked closely with Innomark to incorporate a number of sustainability-focused features, including insulated precast panels, sensor-operated LED lighting, and variable-speed HVAC units. A white roof and structural accommodations were also included to support potential solar panel installations.

From sitework and concrete to steel erection and interior fit-out, our team managed every detail of the build. This facility represents not just an investment in cutting-edge print technology, but a shared commitment to long-term innovation. We’re proud to have helped Innomark take this exciting next step.
