When Libra Industries needed a new clean room to support a growing market, they turned to Ferguson Construction to deliver a high-performance space,  on a tight four-month timeline and within an active facility.

Ferguson Construction was tasked with converting an existing structure into a state-of-the-art clean room, complete with strict air purity, temperature, and humidity controls. Despite the challenges of retrofitting an older space, the team stayed focused, coordinated seamlessly with subcontractors, who installed more than 140 mechanical components in the ceiling alone.

To keep Libra’s operations running, Ferguson provided temporary power and clean room solutions, allowing critical work to continue without interruption.

Thanks to careful planning and strategic scheduling, Ferguson accelerated the timeline and delivered the project a full week ahead of schedule. The result is a clean, efficient, and future-ready facility that positions Libra Industries for continued growth.
