Trotwood, Ohio — May 6, 2026 — Ferguson Construction proudly joined GATED Properties Global and community partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of two new Class A industrial developments in Trotwood. The projects include a 58,000-square-foot facility and a 100,000-square-foot facility, marking a significant investment in the region’s continued industrial growth.
Ferguson Construction extends its appreciation to GATED Properties Global for its partnership, as well as to the Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation (TCIC), the City of Trotwood, and the Dayton Development Coalition for their collaboration and support in bringing these developments to life.
The groundbreaking ceremony brought together local leaders, partners, and stakeholders to recognize the positive economic impact these projects are expected to have on the community, including expanded industrial capacity.
