MVCDC: Lincoln hill Early Learning Center

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Ferguson Construction was proud to serve as the general contractor for the new Miami Valley Child Development Centers and Pinnacle Architects, Inc. on the new Lincoln Hill Early Learning Center in Dayton, Ohio. This ground-up project involved the full development of a 2.5-acre site and a 29,500-square-foot facility designed to support high-quality early childhood education.

The new center was designed to create a vibrant, safe, and supportive environment for early childhood learning. Classrooms, administrative areas, and outdoor play spaces were carefully constructed to meet the developmental needs of young learners while supporting MVCDC’s mission to prepare children for lifelong success.

The challenging site required significant site work and ongoing coordination to maintain safe and efficient site logistics throughout construction. Ferguson worked closely with the owner and Pinnacle Architects, Inc. to ensure quality and consistency at every stage of the project.

This facility represents a major investment in the Dayton community and reflects Ferguson Construction’s continued commitment to building spaces that serve families, educators, and future generations.
