PROJECT OVERVIEW

Ferguson Construction is proud to have completed this 68,960 square foot project for Miami Valley Polishing in Sidney, OH, in 2022. In addition to designing the project, Ferguson’s in-house team self performed much of the work for this Nucor pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), including masonry, steel erection, and siding work. Overall, we were proud to offer a design/build solution for Miami Valley Polishing.

This new state-of-the-art facility, which includes Miami Valley Polishing’s new office headquarters, is the next step in improving their comprehensive range of services, including aluminum and stainless steel polishing, as well as onsite contracting and consultation. Their quality products service the automotive, oil and gas, and food industries. Together, we’ve built a space that will shine as brightly as the services it supports.
