PROJECT OVERVIEW
Through collaboration with key anchor institutions in the Dayton area, Ferguson Construction successfully completed the Premier Health YMCA Campus project on schedule and within budget in November 2023.
The YMCA of Greater Dayton, in partnership with Premier Health, is the primary occupant of the expansive 52,000-square-foot facility. This space also welcomes the services and programs of partnering organizations:
- CareSource Life Services
- County Corp’s HomeOwnership Center of Greater Dayton
- Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley
- Wright State University
We are proud of the successful outcomes of this project, including championing minority talent and suppliers, working closely with essential stakeholders, and creating a versatile facility that includes everything from medical exam spaces to an indoor swimming pool. With the involvement of numerous stakeholders from these anchor institutions, the project was not just about building a structure but about weaving a stronger community fabric for generations to come.
